You did not come this far to navigate it alone.
PMHNP LiftOff is a structured mentorship community built for new graduate and novice PMHNPs who deserve more than being left to figure it out on their own.
What is the program?
The transition from PMHNP student to practicing clinician is one of the hardest seasons of this career. The complexity of real patients. The weight of independent clinical decisions. The isolation of navigating it all without adequate support around you.
PMHNP LiftOff was built specifically for this season. It is an ongoing membership community for new graduate and novice PMHNPs with 0–2 years of experience — designed to bridge the gap between school and practice with structured mentorship, clinical education, and a community of PMHNPs who understand exactly where you are.
What’s Included:
30+ hours of on-demand video lessons covering clinical topics and career development
Two dedicated mentors with over 25 years of combined mental health experience
Expert guest speakers sharing specialized knowledge
Bi-weekly mentor sessions (Monday evenings) for case consultation and career guidance
Interactive case study sessions to strengthen clinical decision-making
Extensive resource library & directory to support your practice
Private discussion board for direct access to mentors and peers between sessions

Access resources, templates, and clinical tools built specifically for new PMHNPs — so you can focus on your patients, not your stress.
A place to bring the hard cases
Stop carrying complex cases alone. Bring them to a structured group environment where experienced insight and peer perspective help you think more clearly.A career built on something solid
Receive practical advice and action steps to shape your career path.PMHNPs who get it — because they're living it too
A private community of new and novice PMHNPs in the same season of their career, building something together.
Become the kind of provider your patients and colleagues trust
Not just a PMHNP who made it through the first year — a clinician who is genuinely capable, grounded, and proud of the care they provide.
How does the program help?
Most new PMHNPs are told to just figure it out. They inherit complex caseloads, navigate polypharmacy, manage dual diagnoses, and make high-stakes clinical decisions — often without adequate guidance or support around them.
That is not a capability problem. That is a support problem.
PMHNP LiftOff gives you what most early practice environments don't — a consistent, structured space where your development is taken seriously. Where questions are welcomed. Where the challenges of this season are met with experienced insight, clinical education, and a community that is invested in your growth.
The PMHNPs thriving in their early careers are not thriving because they figured it all out alone. They are thriving because they found the right support early and let it build them.
Frequently Asked Questions

Members of PMHNP LiftOff develop sharper clinical thinking, stronger diagnostic and prescribing decision-making, and a clearer sense of who they are as a practitioner. They gain tools and resources that make them more effective and efficient in practice, career guidance that helps them navigate the early years with intention, and a community that makes this season of their career feel less isolating and more sustainable.

All live mentor sessions and case study sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the private community membership site within 24 hours of session ending. Some expert guest presentations cannot be recorded as per the rules of their organization, I will make sure to place an announcement in the community if an upcoming guest presentation WILL NOT be recorded.

How long is the program? You get to choose how long. The minimum length is 3 months. My recommendation is at least 6 months for the most optimal experience and benefits of the program, community and offerings.
Who is this program for? New grad and novice PMHNPs:
With 0-2 years experience
With limited guidance in their current work environment
Open to being in a supportive environment with other PMHNPs and supporting other members of the group
Looking for clinical consultation and further education to complement their PMHNP program
Also welcome: Final year PMHNP students who want to complement their clinical training, and PMHNPs with more than 2 years of experience who are still building their foundation or looking for ongoing community and clinical education.
What’s the difference between a mentor session and a case study session? Great question! Mentor sessions are 90 minute sessions held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (7:30 pm -9 pm EST). These sessions are an “open forum” style and focused on members of the community discussing complex cases in their practice, questions about next career steps, professional practice questions, those who need a little support in their journey or any other questions as it relates to your PMHNP journey. Feel free to bring any and every question you have to these sessions!
Case study sessions are 60 min sessions held one Tuesday per month (7:30 pm -8:30 pm EST) and are focused on running through various clinical practice case studies of real patient cases from my own professional journey. This is an opportunity to learn and grow by building decision making skills, psychiatric critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities. It is another safe space to learn and grow as a PMHNP in this membership community.
Are there CEUs offered for the mentorship? There are no CEUs offered for this program.
What is the time commitment to get the most from this experience? It is recommended that you have at least 3-6 hours per month to dedicate to this program to benefit from mentor sessions and the numerous resources available to you.
How can I get the most from this mentorship experience? To get the most from the PMHNP LiftOff Mentorship program, actively participate in group discussions via discussion board or mentorship sessions. Utilize the exclusive resources provided and apply the knowledge in your practice. Set clear career goals and discuss them with the mentors of the program. Be receptive to new/different ideas and seek clarification when needed. These steps will help you maximize your growth and development as a Psych NP.
